How your song is made

The short version

Your song is written and produced for you alone, from the brief you write. AI may be used for part of that production process. We would rather tell you plainly than let you assume otherwise.

What makes the song yours does not come from a machine. The story, the details, the tone and every choice that makes it personal come from you, the final words are the ones you approve, and the creative direction the song is built on is ours.

The human part

The craft is real, and it is human. The questions the brief asks you, the rules a TuneWithLove song has to follow, how a song opens, how its title is chosen, what it may never say, how the occasion and your relationship change the words, the musical style and the voice that suit them: all of that is written by a person, by hand, and every song is produced against it.

We can also review, revise or re-produce a song before it is delivered. To keep delivery fast, some orders are produced and delivered without a person opening them first, so we would rather promise you the outcome than pretend otherwise: if your song is not right, we fix it or refund it. You approve the words

On our website, nothing is recorded until you approve the lyrics. Before you pay, you read the title and the full lyrics written for your song. You can change any line yourself, or ask for a rewrite with a note on what to change, as many as twice. We record the version you approve, word for word.

After delivery, if something is still not quite right, you have one free change from your order page: tell us what to adjust and we make a new version for you.

Orders placed through our connector for Claude skip the approval step: those lyrics are written after payment, and the free change after delivery still applies.

What is always yours, untouched

• Your own recording. If you record a spoken message for the opening of a Premium song, that is your real voice. We only place it in the track and balance the levels. It is never re-synthesised or imitated.
• Your photo. Photos you upload for a gift page or video are your photos. We do not generate or alter faces.
• Reviews on this site. Any customer review we show is a real one, submitted by a real customer. We never write or generate them.

What this means for the song you receive

• It is still yours alone. We do not resell or reuse your song, its lyrics or its melody for anyone else.
• It is still original. The song is produced from scratch for your brief, not assembled from a template or a library of existing tracks.
• Your brief stays yours. We use what you tell us to make your song and to run your order. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to make songs for other customers. What we keep and for how long is set out in our privacy policy.
