Our Story

It started on a Sunday in Berlin.

Every Sunday at 4 pm, our founder joined a jam session in Berlin. The sessions brought together a regular group of people from many different backgrounds and nationalities. Week after week, that group grew close. They weren’t just regulars anymore. They were family.

On Friday, 29 November 2024, she wanted to thank that family in the only way that felt right: with a song written just for them.

She wanted it to feel truly personal, so she named each member in the song and wrote about the little details that make them who they are.

Then she started creating, and she didn’t stop.

160 versions.

She reworked rhymes and adjusted the flow. She checked the pronunciation of two languages in the same breath. She made sure every name was sung exactly as it should be, until the song finally sounded like them.

On Sunday, 1 December 2024, she played it.

The room erupted.

The members turned to each other, unable to believe the song was about them. With every name that came up in the lyrics, people laughed, gasped, then laughed again. Some shook their heads in disbelief, and others kept tapping the beat without even noticing.

Nobody could believe what they were hearing. Everyone loved it. By the time the chorus came back, the whole room was singing along.

Watching their faces, she understood something:

everyone deserves to feel this.

Not only a group of friends in Berlin. A mother, a partner, a best friend, a grandfather: anyone whose story deserves to be heard.

That’s how TuneWithLove was born.
